We ship to over 80 countries around the world. However, due to potentially very long shipping times, we only ship to a few select countries. To ensure that the packages arrive intact, we do not support shipping to certain countries or regions. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
We are able to offer worldwide shipping for all items! All orders come with tracking and secure checkout.
Your order will be shipped within 5 days after payment! (All of our products are handmade and may take 2-5 days to arrange shipment. Please be patient. ）
Once your order has been placed, an email will be sent to you and your order will be processed (including picking, inspecting, packing, and delivering). If applicable, we will email you the tracking number after our courier updates the tracking code. You can check the progress of your shipment at any time via email or order tracking on our website.

For Taba Squishy：
Although it’s possible, we don’t recommend frequently taking the Taba Squishy out of its packaging because it is made of a soft, jelly-like material. Handling it can easily get it dirty, and it’s also easy to scratch it even with short fingernails. If you do take it out, please make sure your hands are clean to help maintain its longevity.
For Squishy Ball：
Due to the different materials used in the production, you can take it out of the bag to play for a better experience. The bag of the squishy ball is to prevent it from getting dirty during shipping. If you take it out to play, please make sure your hands are clean. After you finish playing, please put the squishy ball back into the bag to help maintain its service life.
Exchange & Return
We are always committed to ensuring that our customers like our products. If the product is unused and the packaging is intact, please contact us. However,we do not cover return shipping costs.
Please note that you need to provide a complete unboxing video to prove that the product was damaged before it reached you. If the item has been taken out of the packaging and played with, we will not be able to provide refund for the product.
